By using affirmations ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App provides daily affirmations for personal growth and self-love. You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our systems
• Not scrape or copy affirmation content for commercial use

3. Content

All affirmations and content in the App are for inspirational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Premium Subscription

Some features require a premium subscription, including:

• Access to all lens categories beyond the daily rotation
• Premium themes
• Unlimited affirmation browsing

Subscription terms:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period
• You can manage subscriptions in your account settings

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The affirmations are for inspirational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the affirmations provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice.
